The community we are creating is for IDE and CSR practitioners in Krakow, building a professional network and working to exchanging best practices and create solutions for people and their organizations. The group aspires to address the challenges and needs of current populations of employees in the aspect of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, as well as volunteering and social impact projects in the space of CSR.
The Committee leading the Diversity group is made up of Monika Jakus, Aleksandra Tomaszewska and Monika Jankowska-Rangelov.
We would like to invite IDE professionals, ERGs, HR representatives and CSR leaders to join the community to:
- participate in creating a safe and trustworthy space to discuss the challenges of your employees or your teams’;
- exchange ideas, topics, best practices how we can all become better, smarter and more inclusive professionals in the field;
- contribute to propose best standards of inclusive workplaces;
- work on solutions – systemic and individual approach towards non-standard cases;
- share your CSR and volunteering experiences to inspire others in stimulating employee engagement and retain best talents in your companies.
