We would like to invite you to the next edition of the Kraków HR Lab organised in association with our member PCS.

Kraków HR Lab is a business meeting for representatives of HR, P&C, ER and related departments in Kraków.

The aim of the meeting is to share learning on current hot topics, facilitated by a legal team from PCS.

Part 2
Pay Transparency – Get ready before the change

  • New Polish law (from Dec 2025): when and how to disclose pay to candidates
  • New EU rules on pay transparency – what’s coming, when and why it matters
  • Building fair pay bands – simple steps for HR and managers
  • Test your data now – avoid surprises when pay gap reporting begins
  • Employee requests for pay data – rights, timelines and how to respond
  • Talking with employees – how to manage expectations and reduce tensions
