We would like to invite you to the next edition of the Kraków HR Lab organised in association with our member PCS Legal.
Kraków HR Lab is a business meeting for representatives of HR, P&C, ER and related departments in Kraków.
The aim of the meeting is to share learning on current hot topics, facilitated by a legal team from PCS.
This upcoming session will provide a practical overview of how to prepare for upcoming pay transparency requirements and effectively manage high-risk HR situations, including investigations, sensitive employee exits, data breaches, and employer reputation challenges.

- Transparency in recruitment: Adapting your hiring processes to comply with the new rules.
- The right to information about pay: Preparing managers to answer difficult questions from employees.

2. The HR emergency unit: Managing corporate crises
- Internal investigations: HR as detective and impartial judge.
- High-stake terminations: Ensuring secure, low-friction exits.
- Data leaks: Keeping company secrets within your walls.
