What happens at the AGM?

The AGM is the annual meeting of ASPIRE members to approve the official business of the Association. It is also an occasion for members to come together to discuss our priorities for the coming year, usually in the company of local stakeholders.

Who can attend?

The ASPIRE AGM is open to delegated representatives of all companies that are members of ASPIRE and invited guests.

What gets voted on?

The AGM approves the Financial Statements and the Annual Report of the Executive Board. If applicable, the meeting also approves new members to the Executive Board and Audit CommiIee and any changes to the articles of association.

Who has a vote?

All members may aIend but only “ordinary” members or their proxies may vote. “Ordinary” members are designated representatives of supporting member companies that operate technology or business services centres in Kraków and/or Founding members.

What happens to my vote if I cannot attend?

Someone else (another representative of your company or another member) may vote on your behalf. To apply for a proxy vote it is necessary to email the ASPIRE office.

How do I register for the AGM?

To register for the AGM, you will have needed to complete the online registration at www.aspire.org.pl.

Deadline to register

Due to preparations for the meeting, the deadline for registration for the meeting, or to apply for a proxy vote, must be made no later than noon on 9th May.
