Czesław Ostrowska, Deputy Minister of Labour, who presented at the Awards Gala in Warsaw on 8 November called the honoured companies “pearls among the entrepreneurs.”

Vic Khan, AMS Director of Global Client Service Centres, adds, “Being one of 30 Polish organisations to be awarded Investor in Human Capital shows how committed we are to developing and empowering our employees. Our accreditation demonstrates that, as a trusted advisor, AMS carries out practices our clients would expect and consider to be fundamental in making people the foundation of our success.”

Investor in Human Capital was awarded to AMS following a rigorous, independent assessment including an expert audit, on-site visits and an employee opinion survey of AMS’s HR and management procedures and tools.
