Our objective

The Women’s Business Network (WBN) aims to support networking, mentoring and to promote leadership role models among women. By doing so, we would like to impact the number of women occupying senior management positions in Poland.


Founded by a group of people working in Kraków for UBS, Tesco, Sheraton and Shell, and supported by ASPIRE, WBN is non-political, informal and open to everyone.


To achieve our goals, we organize regular events during which renowned speakers and experts present topics related to leadership and networking. The events are open to the general public and thus we intend to attract an audience that would like to broaden their horizons in terms of the role women play and can play in the modern business environment in Poland.


Additionally, our events are a great opportunity to network and talk to business role models to get to know the secrets of their success and to learn about the success factors behind their professional growth.
