The newly-formed ASPIRE Leaders Academy accelerates development of leadership at every level, increasing your Center’s productivity and enhancing your ability to motivate and retain the best people.

The Leaders Academy: Three ‘Tracks’

Track I—‘The Master Class’
For Inspiring Leaders (Center Heads/GMs/CEOs)

‘It’s lonely at the top.’ As the senior leader in your organization, where can you go for personal/professional development?

Every other month the ASPIRE Leaders Academy ‘Master Class’ will address a crucial aspect of leadership, productivity, and/or organization effectiveness. These one-day sessions with you and a few your direct reports could give you the idea or the spark you have been looking for—and give you and your colleagues some things worth talking about and applying back at work.
‘The Master Class’ is a series of six one-day (10:00 to 16:00) sessions every other month devoted to an important aspect of leadership, productivity-improvement and/or business development. Intended for:

  • Center Heads/CEOs/GMs
  • Direct Reports/VPs
  • Other selected Managers you want to experience a session

The six-module, year-long series of intensive personal and professional development sessions (2-1/2 days each) designed for:

  • High Potentials identified for ‘fast tracking’ at any level,
  • Managers who manage a team of Managers, and
  • Team Leaders expected to be promoted to manager within the next 12 months.

For Empowering Leaders (HR Leads)

A powerful, engaged, and multi-skilled HR team is essential to maximizing your organization’s potential. Your SSC may need HR to not only attend to traditional functions (e.g. recruiting, payroll, and benefits) but also to take the lead in developing individuals, teams and the organization as a whole.
This year-long, six-module (2-1/2 days each) intensive personal and professional development programme will deepen and expand HR’s capability to contribute to the organisation’s effectiveness.
