Data capture & benchmarking



The Data capture & benchmarking Task Force is led by Eoin McCoy, Centre Director, Hewitt Associates.


Key objectives

  • Establish a set of benchmark data points for regional SSC/BPO market;

  • Establish a framework to co-operate with research organisations in collecting data which supports the development of the SSC/BPO sector.
