Continuous Improvement
The Continuous Improvements Group promotes the role of continuous improvements methodology and practice as a key driver of quality and efficiency in shared services, outsourcing and IT and provides a platform for those working in continuous improvement across the ASPIRE community to share experience, best practice and innovation.
Three sub groups have been established in Finance, HR and IT, which meet on a quarterly basis to explore areas such as those below. The group also organises an annual conference. The group also has it own virtual platform on the ASPIRE website which includes a dedicated discussion forum, news, events, resource centre and blog.
If your organisation is also debating these and similar topics, or provides solutions in these areas, then the Continuous Improvements Group provides an effective support platform to progress the discussion.
