Description:
Meet the Centre Manager in January provides the opportunity to visit the Shell Business Service Centre in Zabierzów, Kraków’s largest shared service centre with a current headcount approaching 1,700 people.
The Shell Centre in Kraków supports Shell businesses in Europe, Brazil and the Middle East with Finance Operations, HR Services, Customer Services and Contracting & Procurement. The centre centre has also developed competences in Project management, System implementations, Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement.
Since August 2011, the centre has been run by Piotr Dziwok, who is also Country Manager for Shell Polska. Piotr was recently elected to the ASPIRE Executive Board.
