For this 3rd meeting of the HRS Leaders Group the main agenda topic will be:

Payroll Going Global: Moving to a Global Vendor Experiences from project & delivery perspectives.

In total we are reserving up to 3 hours for this meeting with full agenda below. Some participants by also gather in the square for a drink after the session.

  1. Introduction, newcomers, get to know (25 min)
  2. Payroll going global. Moving to a global vendor – experiences from project and delivery. (up to 2 hr)
  3. Q&A, open discussion (at least 20 min)
  4. Setting the agenda and agreement on host for next HR Services meeting in September (15 min)

As always New Participants are welcome to join us and will be given the opportunity to introduce themselves to the wider group during the first part of the session. To facilitate their introduction such new participants are requested to fill out the attached slide deck in advance to advance their introduction to the group.

HR SERVICES Leaders Group: FAQ –

1. What is the ASPIRE HR Services (HRS) Leaders Group?

The HRS Leaders Group is a community of HR leaders and professionals drawn from across the ASPIRE network of shared services and outsourcing companies.

The aim of the group is to help companies developing their HR Service Centre. Services scope is the starting point for the group.

2. Who can be a member of the HRS Leaders Group?

Any person working for an ASPIRE member company who is nominated by their company.

Members may nominate more than one person to the group.

3. How does the group function? 

The HRS Group is a free, self-directed team. The HRS Team at UPM acts as Champion of the Group, which is also supported by the ASPIRE Team.

The Group determines its own agenda and activities.

Support includes ASPIRE Connect, a dedicated online tool for ASPIRE Leaders Groups, which includes a Group Directory, Events Calendar and Resource Library.

4. What do Group meetings look like? How often do they take place?

Starting from the scope the content focusses on services, which can in future be delivered and the required environment to implement. As special focus will be on technology,  including Robotics Process Automation.

The work focusses on enabling companies to draw plans and strategies to develop their HRS organisation further. Used methods are experience sharing, benchmarking and task forces working on specific items. The group will as well study and investigate upcoming opportunities.

Frequency of meetings is determined by the Group. Through regular meetings the Group aims to establish a network that participants can reach out to for ongoing support.
