The Lean Academy runs highly practical workshops, covering a broad range of lean process tools and techniques, focussed on the SSC/BPO industry. The learning process is highly interactive, challenging and fun-to-do. Programme leaders are competent; experienced practitioners in their chosen field of lean processes and continuous improvement methodolgy.
These workshops are suitable for everyone engaged in Continous Improvement, regardless of specializm or seniority.
The aim is to provide workshop participants with the opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and, increase self-confidence in using lean tools, techniques and processes in their day-to-day roles, with their teams and colleagues.

Mark Forkun, Senior Management Consultant with Academy Partner, PWC consulting
Mark has more than 20 years corporate and private enterprise management and advisory experience. This includes, operational business, IPO, turnaround, executive mentoring and performance coaching on leadership, lean processes and change management.
He has previously held senior roles as managing director, finance director, project leader, mentor-coach and trainer, as well as Board positions in two stock exchange listings. His experience includes delivering world-class leadership and culture change programmes.Mark is an accredited provider of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) programmes. He speaks English and Polish.
Michał Kopczewski, Managing Director of Academy Partner, Processum
Processum (www.processum.pl) specializes in training and consulting on Lean Project Management, Process Mapping, Process Auditing and Implementing Project Management Standards. Prior to founding Processum, Michał worked for Artur Anderson and, from 2001-2004 PWC Consulting - managing major organizational change and business process projects, including several for IBM Business Services. In 2004 Michał was a Partner in Trio Management, responsible for organizational consulting.
Since forming Processum in 2009, he has personally managed process improvement related projects for a wide range of clients in the financial and professional service sector, including AXA Direct, Medicover, Polfarmex, Berndsen and the ICAN Institute.
Michal is the author of Alfabet Zarządzania Projektami (ABC of Project Management), he speaks Polish and English.
Peter Dunn is Managing Director of Human Resources Management Sp.z.o.o. (HRM) He has 30+ years in corporate and consulting roles, delivering strategic and operational level HR ‘’good practice solutions”. His experience of facilitating strategic level HR interventions includes start-up and consolidation projects in UK, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Nigeria and China.
Prior to establishing HRM in 2000, he was Vice President of Cussons Polska SA and a Board member of Cussons International and Cussons UK.Peter has been an active member of ASPIRE’s HR and CI Expert Groups, having led the HR task force in developing a Vision Statement and a 10 point competency matrix as a criterion for intake level selection. Together with Mark Forkun, co-facilitated the recent workshops on Lean Leadership for members of the CI and HR expert groups
