HR SERVICES Leaders Group: FAQ

 

1. What is the ASPIRE HR Services (HRS) Leaders Group?

The HRS Leaders Group is a community of HR leaders and professionals drawn from across the ASPIRE network of shared services and outsourcing companies.

The aim of the group is to help companies developing their HR Service Centre. Services scope is the starting point for the group.

 

2. Who can be a member of the HRS Leaders Group?

Any person working for an ASPIRE member company who is nominated by their company.

Members may nominate more than one person to the group.

3. How does the group function?

The HRS Group is a free, self-directed team. The HRS Team at UPM acts as Champion of the Group, which is also supported by the ASPIRE Team.

The Group determines its own agenda and activities.

Support includes ASPIRE Connect, a dedicated online tool for ASPIRE Leaders Groups, which includes a Group Directory, Events Calendar and Resource Library.

 

4. What do Group meetings look like? How often do they take place?

Starting from the scope the content focusses on services, which can in future be delivered and the required environment to implement. As special focus will be on technology, including Robotics Process Automation.

The work focusses on enabling companies to draw plans and strategies to develop their HRS organisation further. Used methods are experience sharing, benchmarking and task forces working on specific items. The group will as well study and investigate upcoming opportunities.

Frequency of meetings is determined by the Group. Through regular meetings the Group aims to establish a network that participants can reach out to for ongoing support.
