Global services outsourcing is one of the world’s most dynamically growing industries and Kraków is fast emerging as one of the world’s top cities for outsourcing.

There are now as many as 50 global companies operating outsourcing centres in Kraków, employing as many as 16,000 people. To put this in perspective, it means that 1 in 10 people working in the private sector in Kraków work in outsourcing.

Moreover, new companies are arriving and exisiting centres are expanding by as much as 30-40% per year at a time when many other industries are shrinking.

This rapid rate of expansion means that there are many job opportunities in global outsourcing and opportunities also for career development within companies and within the sector as a whole.
